High heels you can lower. This design by Sophie Cox won an Australian Design Awards for students in 2004; but I haven't see any such product on the market yet, too bad. (via GizMag)

Wow! That's like my dream come true. I could put lower heels on later in the night when my feet start to hurt (but there would still issues due to my shortness)
